When we sat down with Jeremy Salmon, we asked him what cocktails he enjoys making most. He told us that he enjoys making something he’s never made before, so he did just that for us and came up with a cocktail that’s perfect for sipping as spring approaches.
• 1.5 ounces Four Roses Single Barrel
• .25 ounce Demerara sugar
• .5 ounce lemon juice
• .5 ounce Boomsma cloosterbitter
• .5 ounce Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
Mixologists take pride in the cocktails and beverages that they serve, including our friend Jeremy Salmon, of Louisville’s Garage Bar. If that name sounds familiar, it’s because he’s our Nuludays Cocktail Competition winner.
We took some time to sit down with Jeremy, over Bourbon of course, and got to know him a little bit better…
