Behind the Scenes at Four Roses Warehouse & Bottling Facility
blog | 08/01/2016
In the fall of 2015, we announced our major expansion project of the Four Roses Distillery in Lawrenceburg and Warehouse & Bottling Facility in Cox’s Creek. And much like our Bourbon, we promise the finished product will be worth the wait.
As you can see in these photos, a lot of progress has been made on the expansion of the Warehouse & Bottling Facility.
Our $20 million expansion includes a new 60,000-square-foot building, which will house two bottling lines, bottling support areas and office space. We are also in the planning stages of constructing four new warehouses.
Our facility’s square footage will increase from 15,000 to 79,000, and our current 4,000-gallon tanks will be replaced with 25,000-gallon tanks. Additionally, the bottling line speed will increase from 43 bottles filled per minute to 180 bottles per minute.
We appreciate your support of the new expansions and look forward to giving you a tour of the new spaces in the Warehouse & Bottling Facility this fall.
