How do I know if my label is incorrect? ​

On the lower face label of the Single Barrel bottle, you’ll see Warehouse and Barrel information. Under “Barrel No.”, there are four digits. The second number indicates the tier location. This number should be 6 to reflect the 6th tier. If the second number is a 3, you have a mislabeled product.

How do I replace my label? ​

If you purchased a 16-year-old Private Barrel from the Father’s Day release that was mislabeled, we’d like to invite you to our event at the Distillery Visitor Center on July 12th from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please bring your bottle(s) and a member of our team will carefully remove the incorrect label and apply the new label. Master Distiller Brent Elliott will be onsite to sign your Father’s Day Private Barrel Bottles and you can enjoy some light bites and a complimentary cocktail. ​

​If you cannot join us at the event, you may visit either Visitor Center location from July 1st – July 31st during normal business hours. A member of our team will gladly remove the incorrect label on your Private Barrel bottle and apply the new label. ​

​Do I need to bring my bottle with me to have the label replaced?​

Yes, you will need to bring your Father’s Day Private Barrel bottle(s) with you to either Four Roses Visitor Center location from July 1st – July 31st to have the label replaced by a member of our team. ​

​I cannot to come to the Visitor Center. Will you ship the labels to me?

Due to the sensitive nature of labeling requirements, we will not be able to ship any labels. All labels must be removed and replaced by a member of the Four Roses team.
