“Say Hey Kid” Cocktail by Kaitlin Ryan

The “Say Hey Kid,” handcrafted by mixologist and lead bartender Kaitlin Ryan of San Francisco’s PABU, mingles together bold flavors of blood orange, cinnamon, honey and yuzu juice to create a savory, yet refreshing cocktail.

Say Hey Kid

• 1.5 oz Four Roses Bourbon
• 1 oz housemade blood orange cordial
• .5 oz honey syrup
• .25 oz yuzu juice
• cinnamon zest

Build all ingredients in shaker tin, add ice, shake and double strain into double rocks glass over ice sphere. Garnish with baseball skewered orange twist.
