2 oz Four Roses Bourbon

.5 oz Overproof Rum

1 oz. Lime Juice

.75 oz White Grapefruit Juice

.75 oz Cinnamon Syrup

.5 oz Falernum

4 dash Angostura Bitters

1 barspoon of Absinthe

2 oz Four Roses Bourbon

0.5 oz Hoodoo Chicory liqueur

0.5 oz Applewood-Peppercorn Brown Sugar Syrup

3 Dashes of Barrel Aged Peychaud’s Bitters

Applewood-Sage Smoked Cherries for Garnish

Combine ingredients then add ice and stir. Pour over large ice cubes.

Garnish with smoked Cherries. Cherries are smoked by charring Applewood and Sage then capturing the smoke under a glass with the cherries. Serve in a Rocks Glass

1.5 oz Four Roses Bourbon

0.25 oz Yellow Chartreuse

0.5 oz Asian Pear Puree

0.25 oz Lemon Juice

0.5 oz Lillet Blanc

5 Mint leaves

Shaken and double strained. Add a garnish of an edible orchid flower laying on a small Asian pear slice.
