Four Ways to Cocktail
- 1.5 oz Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon
- 2 oz Cranberry Juice
- 2-4 oz Ginger Beer
- Splash of Lime Juice
- Cranberry and Rosemary garnish
Fill old-fashioned glass with ice. Add Small Batch and cranberry juice. Add a splash of lime juice and fill glass with ginger beer. Add a sprig of rosemary and fresh cranberries to garnish. Enjoy.
- 1 ½ oz Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon
- 1 cube sugar
- 1 Lemon
- 4 Cloves
Place a piece of sugar in the bottom of the glass and dissolve with a little hot water. Add twist of lemon peel (bruise firmly), four cloves and if you desire, a stick of cinnamon. Pour a generous jigger of Small Batch into your mug. Fill the glass with steaming hot water. Enjoy.
- 2 Cups Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon
- 6 Eggs
- ¾ Cup Sugar
- 2 Cups Cream
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1 oz Jamaican Rum
Beat the yolks and whites of 6 eggs separately. Add ½ cup of sugar to the yolks while beating. Add ¼ cup of sugar to the whites after beating until very stiff. Next, mix egg whites with yolks, and stir in 2 cups of cream and 2 cups of milk. Add a pint of Small Batch and 1 oz of Rum and stir thoroughly. This recipe yields 5 pints of the grandest Eggnog ever ladled into a cup. Serve cold with grated nutmeg on top.
- 2 oz Four Roses Small Batch
or Small Batch Select - Ice
Put the ice in a glass and pour your choice of Small Batch over the ice. (This recipe works well with Small Batch Select too). If you want to impress your friends, take your eyes off the pour, look up at them, smile and wink. Then, quickly refocus on the pour to ensure that you don’t miss the glass and ruin the mellow moment.
