2/3 cup Maple Syrup

14 oz can Coconut Milk

Beat yolks. Add maple syrup and spices to yolks while beating.
Heat & stir almond and coconut milk. Slowly pour into egg mixture.
Add vanilla extract & bourbon.

4 cups Whole Milk
½ cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Mix sugar & cocoa powder in a medium-sized saucepan.
Add milk, chocolate, and vanilla.
Bring to a simmer while constantly stirring until fully incorporated and chocolate is melted.
Remove from heat.
Add Small Batch to glass, then add hot chocolate mixture.
Whip powdered sugar and cream.
Garnish with whipped cream.
Four Roses Twist: Make it spicy by adding a ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Garnish with marshmallows & chocolate syrup.

2 oz Cranberry Juice
4 oz Ginger Beer
Splash Lime Juice
Garnish Cranberries + Rosemary
Fill glass with ice. Add Small Batch & cranberry juice.
Add splash of lime and ginger beer.
Garnish with sprig of rosemary and fresh cranberries.
Four Roses Twist: Try grapefruit soda instead of ginger beer and sweeten it up by replacing cranberry juice with crème de cacao. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
2 oz Four Roses Small Batch
¾ oz Simple Syrup
Garnish Lemon Peel, Cloves, Cinnamon Stick
Fill 6 oz heatproof glass with boiling water. Set aside for 1 minute.
Once heated, discard.
Combine all ingredients in heated glass. Fill with boiling water.
Garnish with lemon peel and spices.
