The “Say Hey Kid,” handcrafted by mixologist and lead bartender Kaitlin Ryan of San Francisco’s PABU, mingles together bold flavors of blood orange, cinnamon, honey and yuzu juice to create a savory, yet refreshing cocktail.
Say Hey Kid
- 1.5 oz Four Roses Bourbon
- 1 oz housemade blood orange cordial
- .5 oz honey syrup
- .25 oz yuzu juice
- cinnamon zest
Build all ingredients in shaker tin, add ice, shake and double strain into double rocks glass over ice sphere. Garnish with baseball skewered orange twist.
